Mrs. Kelly resides in Oneida with her husband, 3 children, and dog.   She graduated from Tennessee Tech in 2001 where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies.  Mrs. Kelly continued her education at Tennessee Tech to obtain her Master of Arts Degree in Instructional Leadership in 2003.  In 2013, she graduated from LMU with her Educational Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.

Mrs. Kelly's career in education began in 2002 at Oneida Elementary School.  She taught 1st grade from 2002-2006 and from 2006-2010 she taught 5th grade Reading and Science.  In 2001, she transferred to Oneida Middle School as Assistant Principal and in 2015 became the Principal of OMS.
