My name is Jody Lay and this will be my 16th year at Oneida Middle School.  In the past, I have taught 6th grade Reading and Science, 8th grade Career Exploration and currently I am the 7th grade Social Studies and have been in this position since 2011. I have coached OMS softball teams and currently help with disciplines in the middle school.  I received my degree from Tennessee Tech University in 2008 and completed by Masters in Instructional Leadership in May 2023.   I am an alumni of Oneida and have lived here all my life.  I have been married to Dustin C. Lay and we have 3 children, Corey, Chance and Carrington.  We now have 5 grandchildren- Chloe, Benson, Brannon and Cooper Lay and Layco Drew Hembree.
